Generally miscarriage happens in the first two trimester. After then the chances of miscarriage is very low. Miscarriage happens because of Hormonal imbalance due to deficiency of progesterone. Lifting heavy weight, weakness of the cervical muscles, high bleeding and hydramnios can cause miscarriage. This complication happens if the women have abnormalities in the uterus, imbalance hormones and chances of pregnancy with twin or multiple babies.
