Pregnancy During Frist Trimester
The pregnancy trimester is divided into three stages of three months each. The first trimester is the first twelve weeks, the second trimester is weeks twelve to twenty-eight and the third and final trimester is the remainder of the pregnancy term.
First Trimester:-
The first pregnancy trimester is the stage of pregnancy from conception to 12 weeks.During the first trimester you will experience a great deal of change within your body. Hormonal changes cause frequent nausea, vomiting, increased fatigue and heightened emotional sensitivity. Food aversion and cravings, heartburn and indigestion, tender and swollen breasts, change in complexion, frequent urge to urinate, constipation, dizziness are the symptoms in your first trimester.
During this first trimester the fetus makes its greatest developmental strides, so Most of the physical and mental growth of the baby takes place during this time. Both external and Internal organs like head, brain, heart, limbs, nervous system, finger, toe and sexual organs develop during this time. By the end of the first trimester or the first twelve week period, your baby will be around 7cm to 9cm long and weight little over half an once.
In the first trimester, the first ten weeks is when women are most at risk from miscarriage. You will need to talk about your medical history, your family’s health history with your doctors. Take care of your health a lot during this time. Morning sickness is the gift of first trimester. Avoid eating a lot during this time. Consume water a lot and do meditation. Avoid smoking, drinking and consuming drug during this time. Always consult with your doctor if you are facing any problem.
On the first month of your first trimester fertilized egg’s implement within the lining of the uterus, after then the ovum’s outer layers are forming the placenta which helps to develop supply blood from your blood vessels. The growth of your baby started from this time and on second months your baby continues to grow. Principle organs, nervous system, elbow, hands and feet start developing during this time. By the end of third month, all the major internal organs – the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver and stomach have been formed and starts working. Now the embryo has ears, nose and sexual organs, eye lids, nails on well formed finger and toe. Now embryo can curl and fan his toes. Now The embryo is active and can move.
