Nutrition in pregnancy significantly affects maternal health as well as the baby’s well-being. Pregnant women should have nutrition counseling from nutritional experts. Supplementary food items are also necessary for proper growth of the infant. Pregnancy is one of the most stressful periods in a woman’s life. A health and a fitness program before, during, and post-pregnancy helps the body in adjusting to the various growth and recovery stages. If there was ever a time to eat right, it’s in the first weeks of pregnancy. This is when a baby’s bones, organs, and nervous system begin to form, and a well-balanced diet helps them develop properly.

Consult with your doctor and make a chart of your diet. There are parental vitamins available, you can take it by consutling with your doctors. Protein, calcium, carbohydrates and folic acids are most important vitamins for a pregant woman to give birth a healthy child. Eat Fish, Meat, Dal, Milk Item, rice, salad and furits according to your health. A healthy mom can birth a healthy child.
