giving birth a healthy child is the first and foremost desire of every mother. To give birth a healthy child, every mother need to be healthy in terms of mentally and physically. To maintain a balance every mother need to do some yoga and meditation during pregnancy.

Meditation help to flow the oxygen in blood which help to fell refresh and stress less. It helps to reduce the blood pressure which is essential for every pregnant women during last few weeks of delivery. Meditation help in increasing oxygen supply to baby which results over all development of the baby. Meditation is an amazing technique to reach out to the unborn baby and make a connection with your bundle of joy. The main aim of it is to be absolute and completely relaxed.
