Every mommy aspire for a healthy babe. It’s not necessary to stop your leaving life while pregnancy, however its good to take precaution during your pregnancy time. After all a healthy mom can birth a healthy child.
Avoid smoking, drinking and consuming drugs while pregnancy. It can be risky for your child. Ectopic pregnancy and miscarriages are some of the symptoms of these habits. Avoid consuming caffeine a lot. However consuming caffeine in a limit is fine but excess can be harmful. Avoid eating fish and milky product a lot. it can create constipation problem. Avoid eating hot food and taking hot shower. It can increase the temperature of your baby. Always consult with your doctor if you are facing any problem and don’t hide any internal problem with your hobby. Prevention is better than cure.
