A missed menstrual cycle may be the only early signs of pregnancy, which may alert women that she is going to be pregnant. However, physical symptoms can soon follow which may include fatigue, an inability to sleep, frequent urination, nausea, food aversions and tender breasts.

However, some women experience bleeding or a light menstrual-like flow. Many women feel an overall tenderness and heaviness of the breasts. The nipple area becomes more sensitive and darkens. It happens because of higher levels of the progesterone hormone. Right before your period it’s normal to have tender breasts and even may have even more breast tenderness because of Progesterone levels during pregnancy. Another early signs of pregnancy is constipation, which happens because of increased levels of progesterone can make the muscles of the small and large intestines rather sluggish. Most pregnant women become sensitive to certain smell and experience nausea, vomiting etc. Some develop an aversion to certain things liked before. Many women feel Increased frequency of urination. Fatigue and shortness of breath are common early in pregnancy.

Above these are the early signs of pregnancy. If you interpreting that you are pregnant, its better to consult with your doctor. If result found positive then its confirmed that you are pregnant. Sometimes Error Occur.they are most likely to result in false negatives. If your test comes back negative but your period still hasn’t arrived a week later, test again.

Pregnancy During Third Trimester

This is the last trimester from the 28th week till the birth of the baby. During the last trimester, women may notice a return of fatigue, headaches, faintness, and an influx of general aches and pains. During the third trimester baby is growing and gaining weight, so there is less space in your uterus and the amniotic fluid will start diminishing, you will start to experience heavier movements from your baby; you may also be able to make out shapes along your stomach as the baby moves around.

On the seventh month of your third trimester, you might not feel the movement and kicks as much as you felt during the second trimester. During this time the baby will respond actively to the sound and touch. You can feel your baby’s arms and legs if you watch your abdomen. During eight months the fetus is too big to move around. At this stage, the baby is starting to grow vital organs as well. The average size of the baby at the start of the third trimester is around 14 inches; this is the time that your baby’s lungs are being developed making sure that he or she is strong enough to breathe on their own when they are born. On the ninth months of your Third Trimester a baby to be ready to be born. Usually baby will be in head down position and rests in the mother’s lower abdomen. Many Women may notice that vaginal discharge becomes heavier in the ninth month. Braxton Hicks contractions may become more intense, as well as the need to urinate. Women may also find that their breasts may leak. For some women, the third trimester is their favorite experience of the whole pregnancy. This view is also shared by many fathers, who for the first time in many cases can get involved in the planning, start to feel the kicks from junior and really start to share in the excitement. During the end of ninth month, your baby immune system is still immature, so he is receiving antibodies through the placenta, and after he is born he will get antibodies through your colostrum and milk . Pregnancy During Second Trimester

The second pregnancy trimester starts from the 13th week to the 28th week. One of the best things about the second trimester is that you no longer experience morning sickness. However in certain cases morning sickness last for a prolong preiod.You will start to feel more in control of your body and have more energy after your first trimester.

During this time all the organs of your baby will start growing and improving their activities. The umbilical cord thickens to carry oxygen and nourishment to the fetus. Other people will begin to notice that you are pregnant as your belly start to grow.

On the forth month of Second Trimester, the fetus is fully formed and looks much more human.The muscles are developing, so the baby moves much more. For some, a very important moment can happen in the second trimester, the identification of the child’s sex. Teeth are beginning to form in his gums and finger and toe nails are more definite. Many women will feel the movement of their baby during the closing of the fourth month. If movement is not felt by the 20th to 22nd weeks, a doctor may perform an ultrasound to confirm the age of the fetus and the due date. At the end of the fifth months of the second trimester the baby full formed and look like a miniature human. Women may have aches in their lower abdomen, as well as along their sides. This is caused by the stretching of ligaments that support the uterus. Swelling of the face and hands may also occur.Light exercise, good personal hygiene, nutritive diet adds to the healthy growth of the baby at this stage.

Pregnancy During Frist Trimester

The pregnancy trimester is divided into three stages of three months each. The first trimester is the first twelve weeks, the second trimester is weeks twelve to twenty-eight and the third and final trimester is the remainder of the pregnancy term.

First Trimester:-

The first pregnancy trimester is the stage of pregnancy from conception to 12 weeks.During the first trimester you will experience a great deal of change within your body. Hormonal changes cause frequent nausea, vomiting, increased fatigue and heightened emotional sensitivity. Food aversion and cravings, heartburn and indigestion, tender and swollen breasts, change in complexion, frequent urge to urinate, constipation, dizziness are the symptoms in your first trimester.

During this first trimester the fetus makes its greatest developmental strides, so Most of the physical and mental growth of the baby takes place during this time. Both external and Internal organs like head, brain, heart, limbs, nervous system, finger, toe and sexual organs develop during this time. By the end of the first trimester or the first twelve week period, your baby will be around 7cm to 9cm long and weight little over half an once.

In the first trimester, the first ten weeks is when women are most at risk from miscarriage. You will need to talk about your medical history, your family’s health history with your doctors. Take care of your health a lot during this time. Morning sickness is the gift of first trimester. Avoid eating a lot during this time. Consume water a lot and do meditation. Avoid smoking, drinking and consuming drug during this time. Always consult with your doctor if you are facing any problem.

On the first month of your first trimester fertilized egg’s implement within the lining of the uterus, after then the ovum’s outer layers are forming the placenta which helps to develop supply blood from your blood vessels. Sex during Pregnancy

Pregnancy don’t symbolize that your sex life finished. It can be as usual like your per-pregnancy. If you are in normal condition then you can enjoy the fantasy of sex. However, if you are in high risk then try to stick with standard position. In all likelihood, women may have longer lasting orgasms than when they were not pregnant. Enjoy it while it lasts! This is perfectly normal. If you fell cramp after orgasms then its fine, no need to worry for that. going down on a woman is ok, however make sure that no air blown into the vagina.

If this occurs, she should consult her gynecologist immediately, Sometime women get nursing but their vagina is not get lubricated like per-pregnancy then use some artificial lubricate like Jelly or steer clear of Vaseline.

Meditation during Pregnancy

Due to morning sickness and food aversions, it is not possible to maintain a completely nutritious diet. However it’s not necessary that you intake vitamins by pills. Nothing can provide you natural vitamins like your diet.

Before intake any supplement pills or medicine, it’s better to consult with your doctor. Most medications cross the placenta, enter the baby’s blood stream and are harmful to the baby. Always try to compensate your vitamins by having natural fruits, gains and healthy foods. In the first trimester add food which contains a lot of folic acid in your diet. Add food which consist of vitamins, iron and calcium in your diet. You can get the supplement of all vitamins from medicine store but concern with your doctor before that.

Caution during Pregnancy

Every mommy aspire for a healthy babe. It’s not necessary to stop your leaving life while pregnancy, however its good to take precaution during your pregnancy time. After all a healthy mom can birth a healthy child.

Avoid smoking, drinking and consuming drugs while pregnancy. It can be risky for your child. Ectopic pregnancy and miscarriages are some of the symptoms of these habits. Avoid consuming caffeine a lot. However consuming caffeine in a limit is fine but excess can be harmful. Avoid eating fish and milky product a lot. it can create constipation problem. Avoid eating hot food and taking hot shower. It can increase the temperature of your baby. Always consult with your doctor if you are facing any problem and don’t hide any internal problem with your hobby. Prevention is better than cure.
